It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ella Rhea Lester (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on January 26, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude and Ignita Takacs (Taylor); and her siblings, Ken, Verne, Mary and Virgie.

She is survived by: her children, Claudia Simpson and Chris Simpson (Lorraine Macor); her grandchildren, Daniel (Bree Mangan), Fallon (Kim Belland), Thomas and Craig; her sister Hazel; and her husband Louie.
