She was predeceased by: her husband George; her son Thomas; and her parents, Robert Baschlin and Johanna Wafler. She is survived by: her son Mike Baker (Kelly) of Edmonton; her grandsons, Andrin and Corsin; and her sister Myrta Hypyus (Hugo) of Switzerland. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
