As Frank departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Frank may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Frank leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine. He is survived by: his children, Allen and Lori (Jim); his grandchildren, Easton and McKenna; and his siblings, Elizabeth, Stefie and Evie.
