It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Weatherly Duncan (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on February 17, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Elsie; his parents, George Duncan and Marjorie Foster; his sister-in-law Doris Heiner; and also, Joseph and Lena Heiner.

He is survived by: his children, David (Laureen), Janice (Stephen) and Lori (Lorentz); his grandchildren, Joe (Kristy-Ann), Bob (Kristin), Jessica and Joshua; and his great grandchildren, Jakob, Nathaniel, Harrison and Chloe.

In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to the Alzheimer Society of Alberta and Northwest Territories or the Alberta Cancer Foundation.
