In the sacred silence of farewell, Fred is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his wife Elsie Shepel. He is survived by: his daughters, Robyn Hawkins (Ted) and Sandy Vallee (Ray); and his siblings, Emma, Elizabeth, Jeannette and Paul. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Park Memorial Chapel (9709 111 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5G0B2).
