He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Derhak; and his son Raymond. He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia, Diana and Donna; his grandchildren, Aaron (Allyson), Amy (Kevin), Kimberly (Adam), Sasha, Ryan and Kayla (Evan); and his great grandchildren, Lily, Lacy, Cason, Finley and Oliver.
