He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert and Gladys. He is survived by: his sisters, Sally Evenson and Shirley Cameron; his nieces and nephews, Murray (Sandra), Richell (Tony), Andrew (Caroline) and Brianna (Marc); and his great-nephews, Pietro, Paulo Borrelli, Christopher and Thomas Evenson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Fred's name to the Cross Cancer Institute.
