He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Ziegler and Mimi Ziegler; his siblings, Richard, Rose, Rolf, Margaret and Betty; and his niece Sharlene.

He is survived by: his friend Sharon; his sister Shirley (Gerry); and his siblings-in-law, Stan and Lynn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

The family is eternally grateful to everyone who helped support Fred as he lived independently at home with Alzheimer's Disease.
