He was predeceased by: his parents, Graham Coles and Pauline Coles; his brother Gordon Coles; his mother-in-law Rosemarie Briere; and his niece Casandra Strzelec.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene; his father-in-law Ray Briere; his siblings-in-law, Greg Briere (Kathy) and Cheryl Strzelec (Joe); and his nieces, Carly and Lindsey Strzelec. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers and if desired, those wishing to make a donation in his memory, may do so to the CK Hui Heart Centre, Royal Alexandra Hospital.
