He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lewis and May Lewis (Seay). He is survived by: his wife Donna Mae; his son Ryan; his brother Wayne (Deanna); and his nephews, Ron (Susan) and Murray (Tonia). He is also survived by his Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
