He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Ann Gaetz and Katherine Leah Gaetz (John); his brother Robert Gaetz (Phyllis); his niece Jennifer Gaetz Kickham (Dan); and his nephew Martin Gaetz (Ashley).
