Geoffrey Taylor Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Geoffrey Taylor (Edmonton, Alberta), born in Regina, Saskatchewan, who passed away on July 17, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward and Dorothy; and his brother Donald. He is survived by : his wife Prudence; his sons, Duncan and Alex (Pär); his grandson Oskar; and his brother Alan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In recognition of Geoff's dedication to his role as Alberta's senior medical director of infection prevention and control and acknowledging the risk of asking Alberta's infectious disease specialists to congregate during a pandemic, the family looks forward to celebrating Geoff's life at a more appropriate future date.
