He was loved and cherished by many people including: his close friend Bessie Diggins; his children, Shannon Secreti (Luigi) of Calgary and Joel Rogers (Heather) of Edmonton, Alberta; his grandchildren, Jonah Secreti, Anna Rogers and Benjamin Rogers; his sister Florence Schofield; his parents, Joseph William and Nellie May Rogers; and his sisters, Phyllis Anne Penny and Dorothy Ellen Luard. He was also cherished by other extended family and friends.
