He was predeceased by: his son Jason "Jay" Calder; his son-in-law Mike Kolody; and his sister-in-law Annelise Calder. He is survived by: his wife Deane "Dee" Calder; his daughter Tania Kolody; his granddaughter Mikaya Kolody; his siblings, Ruth Calder of Courtenay, BC and Bob Calder of Calgary; and his nephews, Derek Calder (Terri) of Calgary and Brent Calder (Gabrielle) of Calgary.
