He was predeceased by : his parents, Mike Mulek and Mary Mulek; his brothers, Allan and Terry; and his nephew Bradley.
He is survived by : his sons, William (Tamara) and Christopher (Dawn); his grandsons, Anthony and Brock; his wife Monica; and his siblings, Eleanor, Don (Wilma), Judy (Howard), Barbara and Jim (Rachelle).
