He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, John, Henry, Rick and Valerie; his grandchildren, Mia, Tys Klumpenhouwer, Willem Klumpenhouwer, Kai, Annalise, Finley Herrero, Dirk and Willem Pereboom; his great grandchild James Thompson; and his siblings, Gerda and Joop.
