It is with sadness that the passing of Giuseppe Rota (Edmonton, Alberta) is shared. Giuseppe, born on March 7, 1952, passed away on October 22, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mario and Assunta; his brothers, Vincenzo, Silvano and Pasquale; and his father-in-law Francesco Giordano.
He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Jason (Angela) and Melissa (Robin); his granddaughters, Alessandra and Janessa; his siblings, Lina, Anna, Eligio (Adriana) and Eraldo; his mother-in-law Annina; and his sister-in-law Franca (Ron). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, as well as many relatives in Italy and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Trinity Funeral Chapel (10530 116 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5H3L7). A prayer will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 7:30 PM at the Santa Maria Goretti Parish (9110 110 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5H4A1).
