He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill and Irene; and his sister Julie. He is survived by: his siblings, Ken Dzeryk and Nancy Hohnstein (Larry); his brother-in-law Rod Casemore; and his nieces and nephews, Ryan, Jordyn, Shynabreann, Amanda and Dennis.
