He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace and Robert; his brothers, Don and Jack; and his nephew Allan.

He is survived by: his wife Lynne; his son Daryl (Sylvia); his grandchildren, Samantha and Brandon (Joanna); his daughter Dana; his grandchildren, TJ and Justin (Elizabeth); his daughter Laury; his granddaughters, Kristina and Kaitlin; his great grandchildren, Pheonix, Axel, Nova and Jameson; and his brothers, Brian (Polly) and Terry (Carolyn). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.

Viewing was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Evergreen Funeral Home (16204 Fort Rd NW, Edmonton, AB T5Y6A2).

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Gordon's name to STARS Air Ambulance or a charity of one's choice.
