Guy Goodine Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Guy AJ Goodine on Sunday, July 12, 2026, at the age of 46.
Guy is survived by his children Guy, Sadie, Lucius and their mom Pamela, Maya and her mom Larissa; sister Angela; cousin Cass; brother and sister George and Jenell; father Guy Sr.; stepmom Bonny; and numerous extended relatives and friends.
Guy was predeceased by his mother Kathleen; grandparents Henry and Pauline Nelson, and Ora and George Goodine; brother Jeremiah; and nephew Shaun.
Guy will be remembered for his kind heart, his love for animals and his unwavering love for his children. He had a wonderful sense of humour, enjoyed making people laugh, telling stories and touched the lives of many.
During his childhood, Guy shared an inseparable bond with his friend Gabby; from the ages of six to fourteen they were seldom apart, and Gabby, who predeceased him, remains an important part of Guy's story.
His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
A service is being planned and will be announced at a later date. Guy will be laid to rest in Mayerthorpe Cemetery.
