She is survived by: her husband Errol; her son Kevin (Caryn); her grandchildren, Quinnten and Keegan; her daughter Claire (Craig); her grandchildren, Abbigail and Ella; her great grandchild Katie (Chris); her grandchildren, Sarah, Sydney, Lauren and Derek; and her brother Ron Shirriffs (Ruth).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Hazel's memory may be made to the Devon General Hospital Foundation.
