It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Helen LaRose of Edmonton, Alberta, who passed away at the age of 94, on April 11, 2024. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Harvey LaRose; her parents, Otto Bundschuh and Rosa Marie Bundschuh; and her siblings, Otto Bundschuh (Kay) and Annie Bundschuh.

She is survived by : her brother Harold Bundschuh (Marg Bergen); her children, Emily Mueller, Gil LaRose (Helene Rys) and Arlene Munro (Lyle); and her grandchildren, Kelsey Taylor, Sean Lygo, Erin Mueller, Jessica Halliwell, Shelby Mueller and Sydney LaRose. She is also survived by her family, friends.

A celebration of life was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St Augustine's Anglican Church (6110 Fulton Rd NW, Edmonton, AB T6A3T3). A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the South Haven Cemetery (5004 Meridian St NW, Edmonton, AB T6P1R3).

In lieu of flowers donations to the Fort Edmonton Foundation are a fitting tribute to Helen's legacy as a great Canadian and exceptional Edmontonian.
