He is survived by: his spouse Aafke Reinink; and his children, Barb, Bill Slomp, Earl, Anita Reinink, Arthur, Pat Reinink, Ingrid, Mike May, Warner, Sue Reinink, Ed and Janet Reinink. He is also survived by thirty-one grandchildren, sixty great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
