Henry Visscher Obituary
We bid farewell to Henry Visscher (Edmonton, Alberta), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 13, 2025 at the age of 83. Henry touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his wife Cathy; his parents, Harm and Tryntje; his brother John; his sisters-in-law, Sandra, Cathy and Marguerite; his nephew Brad; his niece-in-law Charlaine; and his great-nephew Nathaniel.
He is survived by: his children, Julie (Jamie), Travis (Carissa), Matthew (Michelle) and Daniel (Natalie); his grandchildren, Jessi Anne, Austin, Aaron, Levi, Hayden, Reid, Sahara, Cole, Mackenzie, Cori, Charlotte, Theodora and Hauke; and his siblings, Rijk, Pete and Anneke.
A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Evergreen Funeral Home and Cemetery (16204 Fort Rd NW, Edmonton, AB T5Y6A2). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Albert Alliance Church (200 Villeneuve Rd, St. Albert, AB T8N3X8). A reception will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
