He is survived by: his former wife Maria Wojtalik; his spouse Bess Wojtalik; his children, Beata Wojtalik, Justyna Wojtalik (Samuel) and Darek Wojtalik (Marta); his stepsons, Chris Lakoseljac (Christy) and Kevin Lakoseljac; and his brothers, Tadeusz Wojtalik (Grazyna) and Jerzy Wojtalik (Halina). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
