He was predeceased by: his parents, Miguel Joao (Robin) and Maria Fernandes (Belmira). He is survived by: his children, Jude (Carol) and Elaine (Matt); the mother of his children Yolanda; his grandchildren, Jackson, Chase and Ethan; and his siblings, Cyril (Felly), Maggie (Francis), Francis (Flora), Maria (John), Joe (Meena) and Alvin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 10:15 AM at the St. Albert Catholic Parish (7 St Vital Ave, St. Albert, AB T8N1K1). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Albert Parish Catholic Church (7 St Vital Ave, St. Albert, AB T8N1K1).
