He was predeceased by: his parents, Stuart and Yvonne; his stepfather Ted; his uncles, Charlie and Eric; his aunt Betty; and his sister Helen.

He is survived by: his wife Janet; his sons, Chris (Lizzie) and Brian (Candice); his stepdaughter Sherrin (Patrick); his sister Margaret; his brother-in-law Elwood; his nephews, Chris and Jim; his niece Dawn (John); and his grandchildren, Briannah, Caitlyn, Ian, Ella, Madeleine and Petra.
