She was predeceased by: her husband Mike; her great grandchild Michael Adam; her parents, Mykola Bojczak and Maria Bojczak; and her brother Michael.

She is survived by: her son Casper Lewitski (Gloria) of Sherwood Park; her grandson Brian Lewitski; her great grandchildren, Patrick, Phillip, Jacinta, Thomas, Eric, Julia, Gabriel and Raphael of Calgary; her granddaughter Theresa Wolfe (Don); her great grandchildren, Hannah, Mary, James and Julie of Sherwood Park; and also, Ann Mungia, Genia Tchoryk, Irene Szmihelsky of Edmonton, Bruce Sabudos, Maria Lewitski of Vegreville, Kassia, Lidia Bojczuk, Andrew and Jenny Bojczuk.
