Though Irma may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She is survived by: her children, Carlos Ives (Lynn), Shawna Carpenter and Jeff Ives (Nona). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
