He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherina and Jacob. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, Cathy and Michael (Kaitlyn); his granddaughter Aliyah; and his brothers, Peter (Lily) and Daniel (Joan). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and many many dear friends.
