He was predeceased by: his siblings, Dora and Teodor; and his nephews, Owen Jr., Walter and Teodor Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Elsie Trach; his children, Jason (Judy), Vanessa (Ken) and Charmaine (Wayne); and his nieces, Debbie of Edmonton, Liz of New Jersey and Lydia of New Jersey. He is also survived by four grandchildren; great-grandchildren.
In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to the Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute or to the Ronald McDonald House.
