He was predeceased by: his grandson Gavin Mason; and his son Thomas Cook. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; and his children, Karen Bowler (Greg), Tracey Byer (Dwayne), Donald Mullan (Shawn) and Gloria (Will). He is also survived by his many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
