She was predeceased by: her husband Jaroslaw (Jerry); her parents, Michael Juzwak and Barbara Juzwak; and her sisters, Maria and Hania.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marilyn Sambir (Roman) and Anna Bomok (John); her grandchildren, Michael Sambir (Resa), Christine Hanas (Jason), Andrea Martin (Andrew), Carolyn Dribnenki (Steve) and Steven Bomok (Alynn); her great grandchildren, Hannah, Eli, Ruby, Frances, Chloe, Samantha, Davis, Annika and Henry; and her brother Dmytro.
