He was predeceased by: his father John Cooke; and his grandparents, Jim, Eva Cooke, Mike and Vera Folk.

He is survived by: his mother Linda Cooke; his brother Derek Cooke (Charlene); and his nieces, Nicole and Chevess. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
