He was predeceased by: his father Welton Duffey Sr.; his sister-in-law Maureen Duphay; his brothers, Everett "EJ" Westerneng and Mitchell Duffy; and also Angela Duphay.

He is survived by: his wife Vanessa; his children, Jenessa, Jeromina, Jerome Jr. and Homie; his mother Twila Nesvold (Jerry); his siblings, Marsha Williams of Hayward, Marcy Stuart (Justin) of San Jose, Michael Duffey of Oakland, Marina Duphay of San Leandro, Mark Duphay of Oakland, Welton Jr. Duffy of Hayward, Melvin Duffy of Hayward, Rebecca Nash, John "Johnny Joe" Duffey of Baltimore, Maryland, Johanna Westerneng of Vancouver Island, Kyle Westerneng of Edmonton and Dreena Westerneng of Camrose, Alberta; and his nephews, Broc Williams of Hayward, Isiah Jones of Hayward, Jaxson Montgomery of Thorton, Pennsylvania, Noah Ausa of San Leandro and Ezra Kontek of Camrose, Alberta..
