With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Simon Andersen (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on December 13, 2025 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Jerry departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Jerry. Though Jerry may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frede Andersen and Judith Andersen. He is survived by: his siblings, Fay Waters (Herb), Lucy Lore (Brad), Fred Andersen (Dale), Jim Andersen (Charlene), Hans Andersen (Wendy), Karla These (Mike), Jens Andersen (Janelle) and Karen Nazar (Keith). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Stollery Children's Hospital, in recognition of Jerry's kindness and care for children.
