We are sad to announce that, on December 5, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Jerry Michael Moskalyk (Edmonton, Alberta). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Leube; his daughters, Darlene (Eugene), Pat (Brian) and Donna; and his grandchildren, Rebecca, Jessica, Jeffrey, Sarah, Jenny and Sasha.

Due to Covid Restrictions, a private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Stollery Children's Hospital in Jerry's name.
