She was predeceased by: her sister Diane Walsh; her mother Celia Walsh; her husband Lloyd Sams; her in-laws, Alverta Stanger (Johnny), Lorraine Anderson (Vern), Bernie, Tettenborn, Charlie Sams (Louise) and Jim Sams (Lorraine Pinkerton); and her nephew Brian Sams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Laura Mould (Sean) and Kelly Dumouchel (Rod); her grandchildren, Kenzie Dumouchel and Morgan Dumouchel (Kane Townsend); her daughter Kathleen McKinnon (Dave); and her sister-in-law Gladys (Tettenborn). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Serenity Funeral Services (10129 Princess Elizabeth Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5G0X9). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Hope City Church-Kingsway Campus (10123 Princess Elizabeth Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5G0X9).
