She is survived by: her husband Nick; her daughters, Nicole Mozak (Chad) and Lelana Jensen; her grandchildren, Taytum, Kaelan, Emerson, Bennett Jensen, Carter, June and Myelle Mozak; and her siblings, Inez Pierik, Liz Cater (Bob), Gerda Goulet (Roland), Sarah Palm, John Terpstra (Val) and Peter Terpstra. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.
The family wishes to extend its heartfelt thanks to the doctors and staff at the Roozen Family Hospice Centre for the excellent care Jo received there in her final days, and therefore in lieu of flowers, donations made directly to the Pilgrims Hospice Society would be welcomed and well received.
