John Dalton Marianicz Obituary

We announce the death of John Dalton Marianicz (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on July 8, 2026, at the age of 86. John Dalton will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nikolai "Nick" Marianicz and Annie Marianicz; his in-laws, Katie and Sam Huculak; his siblings, Anne Ostafichuk (Metro), Eli, Bill (Roma) and Michael Marianicz (Marlene); his nephew Roland; and his niece Charlene.

He is survived by: his wife Angela; his son Dale (Lori); his grandchildren, Sloan and Mabelle; his siblings, Jessie Albright (Clare) and George (Shirley); and his siblings-in-law, Ron Huculak (Milly), Ernie Huculak (Mildred), Betty Farris (Bob), Christine Pankow (Al) and Myrtle Gauld (Tam). He is also survived by his extended family, friends.
