He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann and Alex Hominiuk; his aunts, Stella Vanin and Joyce Johnson; and his pet Max.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Hominiuk; and his son Jonathan Hominiuk (Kallee).

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Park Memorial Chapel (9709 111 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5G0B2).

In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to the Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation. Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation.
