He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter and Frances; and his daughter Bernadette Gamache. He is survived by: his wife Elsie Kwiatkowski; his grandchildren, Amanda and Dale Gamache; his son-in-law Robert Gamache; and his brother Kazmier (Rose). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
