It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Leroy Vries (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on November 3, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Southern of Alberta. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Vries; his granddaughters, Cailyn and Jennifer; his siblings, Orville Vries (Tina) and Gertie Wylhuizen; his brother-in-law Herb Wylhuizen; and his children, Dennis John Vries (Maria) and Sarah-Lynne Martha Vries.
