He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Brenda Koch (Derrick), Cindy Bodnar (Marshall), John Bokenfohr (Cynthia) and Scott Bokenfohr (Joni); and his grandchildren, Derek (Martina), Michael, Brian (Rebecca), Mitchell (Katie), Brent, Chris (Shelby), Nicholas, Alyssa (Zac), Dylan (Ashley) and Sara.
