He was predeceased by: his wife Cecylia Verboom; his brothers, Henk, Harry and Erich Verboom; and his parents, Martha Verboom (van Dyken) and Christiaan Verboom.
He is survived by: his daughter Wendy Verboom Tammy (Einar Gunderson); his grandsons, Mason Torresan (Katelin) and Brayden Torresan; his great grandchildren, Lennon, Briar and Vayda Torresan; his sisters, Lida Verboom and Edda Sluijs-Verboom; and the mother of his children Sherill Verboom.
