José Afonso Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of José Afonso (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on April 28, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Helder (Nela) and Maria (Adan) of Fatima; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Andy (Marina), Chrissy (Andrew) and Janine (Marek); and his great grandchild Nova. He was also cherished by three sisters, one brother, and numerous relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations my be forwarded to St. Michael's Seniors Health Group or Alzheimer's Society of Alberta.
