It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jose Carlos Melo (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on January 1, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Joao; and his sister Ana. He is survived by: his wife Maria Lourdes; his children, Debbie Gomes (Dinis) and Jeffery Melo; his granddaughters, Avaya and Adalyn; his mother Margarida Melo; and his brother John Melo (Shelly). He is also survived by numerous relatives and many dear friends.
