He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilberto Raposo and Irene Pereira Rodrigues Carreiro. He is survived by: his wife Maria of Fatima; his daughter Coreen Shamchuk (Steven); and his grandchildren, Sienna Shamchuk, Kamron and Mackenzie Carreiro. He is also survived by many relatives and dear friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St Matthew Catholic Church (13131 86 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5E3B5).
