He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Dugas and Gerard "Gerry" Dugas. He is survived by: his wife Shelly; his children, Ryan, Eric (Gabby) and Amy (Jared); Max, Jacob, Stewart, Joey and Hannah. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Albert Funeral Home (9 Muir Dr, St. Albert, AB T8N 1G1).
Donations may be made in Joe's memory to the Grey Nuns Palliative Care Unit.
