She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Fouts and Florence Fouts. She is survived by: her children, Sherrill and Randall; her grandchildren, Kristopher, Kristen (Ryan), Kassandra (Collin), Kellee, Korrey (Jennifer) and Katrina; her great grandchildren, Aeron, Liam, Benjamin, Norah, Jayde and Parker; and her siblings, Ken Fouts, Roy Fouts (Ila Mae) and Miona Mills (David). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Joyce's name may be made to the Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute or the Cross Cancer Institute.
